Dog friendly resorts are everywhere, you just have to know where to look! Here are 5 in North America that we love. Are you ready for an amazing vacation with your pup?
Pet cabanas, dog butlers, doggie yoga, massages, pet cuisines and more! This dog friendly resort has it all and it only costs your cat or dog $60 per stay (not per night). There is even a special menu that chefs will prepare for the pets! Meals are served in metallic bowls with faux gemstones, bone-shaped placemats for dogs and kitty-design placemats for cats. Only downside is pets must be under 40lbs.
If you enjoy the great outdoors and want to take your pup along with you, Mount Tremper is a great place for a vacation! At the Emerson Resort & Spa, you pooch will get the royal treatment. There is a great dog park near by and there is even a dog friendly menu. Choose from chicken or a burger, or if you really want to spoil them, a New York strip steak! To bring fido along with you, it is an extra $35 fee per dog, per night. There is even an option to PupGrade your dog’s stay! For $50, your pet will receive a welcome basket with lots of treats!
Love to ski or snowboard? The Little Nell is the only ski-in, ski-out resort on Aspen Mountain! So while you are shredding, your pup can be pampered with their luxury pet amenities. The staff will walk, puppy sit, and feed them delicious treats and meals. This hotel even makes 5 star meals for your pup! Pets require an initial $125 cleaning fee, plus $25 per each night they stay. Totally worth it to enjoy this fabulous getaway!
Visit Canada’s oldest national park with your pup! There are so many amazing things to do in Banff with your dog. Hiking, exploring, and getting spoiled at the hotel. The best part about the Moose Hotel is that Crusoe the Celebrity Dachshund loves it there! They will supply pet beds, a take home toy, and as many treats your little pup desires! Pet charges are $25.00 per pet per night. You know if Crusoe loves it, your dog will too!
Beautiful Tofino on Vancouver Island is a must see for all. At the Long Beach Lodge Resort, you dogs will have access to beach-side rooms and will have use to pet blankets, dishes, towels and treats! You are even able to bring your cat along too and they will provide a scratching post for them. So while you go surfing or relaxing in the sauna, they have pet sitters who will look after your pup. No matter how long you stay, it’s just a $50 fee to bring fido along!
